This page describes how Wendland Services handles information on wendlandservices.com. The public site is for firm information and inquiries. It is not a client portal.

What we collect

If you send the inquiry form, we store your name, email, optional phone number, stated interest, and note so we can reply. If you open a portal account, we store the credentials and the household records you enter. Language preference may be stored in a cookie.

No marketing pixels

The public site does not run advertising pixels, social trackers, or third-party analytics beacons. We do not sell personal information. We do not use the inquiry list as a marketing list.

Cookies

A language cookie remembers English or German. Signed-in portal sessions use a session cookie. Those cookies are for the site to function. There is no advertising cookie banner because there is no advertising cookie.

Client portal

Portal data belongs to the signed-in household. It is not published. Access is account-based. Sign out when you leave a shared machine.
